HENRY FRENCH: TMO [TEAM MARKET OWNER] - Driven by faith; Henry believes he has been called by God to make a difference in this world through the power of sports! His commitment to providing opportunity and a platform to those who are overlooked comes from his own experience being cut from his high school varsity basketball team and growing up as a young black-qualified male, who was often complimented for his character, intellect and skillset but still left void of opportunity to prove himself or contribute to America’s corporate society.
What started as a Senior exit project in high school, gradually became a reality, as Henry found himself persevering through life; becoming a professional basketball player despite being cut in high school and never having an official agent secure a deal for him. He connected with overseas Coaches and GMs through LinkedIn and negotiated his own deals. Then at the age of 30, when the opportunity presented itself, Henry purchased a market in The Basketball League . Now with his global connections and home grown platform, Henry looks to not only provide opportunity to young men aspiring to be professional athletes, but to also inspire the generations ahead to become all that they have the potential to be!

Cliff joins our staff with 10+ years of official basketball coaching under his belt, and a lifetime of experience in the game. He has NBA, WNBA, and Overseas practice experience as both an observer & participant. He also participates yearly in JrNBA USA Basketball, AAU, IHSA, and NCAA coaching clinics. He recently rejuvenated Illinois HoopStars HEAT AAU program with the thought of having Coaches & Players on the same page; having a singular mission to galvanize a family of basketball enthusiasts and reach the highest levels of play in the sport as players, coaches, and developers.
